Determined Day #125

Do you include fish in your diet?  Comparing to other meats, you get way more bang for your buck when it comes to ounces and WW points!  Most fish is pretty expensive, so we stick with tilapia.  We opt for wild salmon when it's on sale.  

Breakfast: 7 pts 

1 smoothie (1 c mango, 1 T flaxseed meal, 2 T protein powder, 1 c spinach, 1/2 cup Kern's Pineapple Mango nectar, water) = 5 pts 
3 slices turkey bacon = 2 pts 





















Snack: 0 pts 

1 cup blueberries = 0 pts 





















Lunch: 12 pts 

4 1/2 ounces pork = 7 pts 
3/4 cup Israeli cous cous with peas and parmesan = 5 pts 
Grilled bell peppers and onions = 0 pts





















Dinner: 9 pts 

5 oz tilapia grilled with 2 teaspoons butter and lemon juice = 5 pts 
2 corn tortillas = 2 pts 
1 cup cabbage and cilantro = 0 pts 
1 zucchini and onions sautéed in 2 teaspoons olive oil = 2 pts 





















Evening Snack: 3 pts 

1 single serve bag Smartpop! Gourmet Popcorn = 3 pts
