Salsa is such a great alternative to salad dressing.  It is usually 0 Weight Watchers points!  Try it on your next salad!


Breakfast: 9 pts

2 eggs = 4 pts 
1 zucchini and onion sautéed in 1 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt
1 slice Dave's Killer Thinly Sliced 70 calorie mini bread = 2 pts 
2 teaspoons Adam's Chunky Peanut Butter = 2 pts 





















Lunch: 9 pts 

1 corn tortilla = 1 pt 
3 cups mixed greens = 0 pts 
4 ounces ground turkey sprinkled with taco seasoning = 6 pts
3 tablespoons salsa = 0 pts 
1/2 cup black beans = 2 pts 
1 peach = 0 pts 





















Snack while running errands: 7 pts 

1 Blue Diamond Roasted Almonds = 7 pts 





















Dinner: 13 pts 

1/2 cup mushrooms sautéed in 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 
10 spears asparagus drizzled with 1 teaspoon walnut oil = 1 pt 
4 ounces rotisserie chicken = 6 pts 
1 cup cous cous salad with feta and basil = 5 pts
