1/2 cup Trader Joe's Harvest Grains = 4 pts 
1 cup grilled bell peppers = 0 pts 
1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 
5 ounces grilled tri tip = 7 pts 





















Dessert: 3 pts

1 Weight Watchers Dark Chocolate Dulce de Leche bar = 3 pts
