Determined Day #142

I am not the biggest fan of nutrition bars, but I tried one today that was pretty tasty!  It was made by Zone Perfect.  Sometimes convenient foods like nutrition bars are necessary if you are running an errand and do not have any healthy snacks with you.  Tonight's dinner was amazing.  If you are looking for a new chicken dinner recipe, check it out!

Breakfast: 6 pts 

2 eggs = 4 pts 
1 1/2 cups zucchini, mushrooms and onions sautéed in 2 teaspoons olive oil = 2 pts





















Snack: 5 pts 

1 Zone Perfect Dark Chocolate Almond bar = 5 pts 





















Lunch: 7 pts 

3 cups mixed greens = 0 pts 
1/2 pear sliced = 0 pts 
2 tablespoons feta = 1 pt
2 tablespoons Wishbone Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing = 1 pt 
5 ounces shredded chicken = 5 pts 





















Dinner: 9 pts 

1 serving Chicken with Pancetta Cream and Peas = 9 pts 
1 1/2 cup steamed cauliflower = 0 pts 





















Evening snack: 5 pts 

5 cups popcorn = 5 pts
