If you are into slow cooker recipes, try the recipe from tonight!  It was really yummy. You can serve it between slider buns, on top of steamed rice, or slap it between tortillas like I did. 


Breakfast: 6 pts 

1 cup honeydew = 0 pts 
1 1/2 cups bell peppers and onions sautéed in 1 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt 
1 Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb wedge = 1 pt
2 hard boiled eggs = 4 pts 






















Snack: 3 pts 

1 Emerald Cocoa Roasted Almonds = 3 pts 






















Lunch: 10 pts

3 cups mixed greens = 0 pts 
4 oz ground turkey = 5 pts 
1/3 cup red kidney beans = 1 pt 
1/2 avocado = 4 pts 






















Snack: 1 pt

2 clementines = 0 pts 
1 Babybel Lite = 1 pt 






















Dinner: 10 pts

1 1/2 servings Slow Cooker Pulled Pork with Bourbon-Peach Barbecue Sauce = 8 pts 
2 corn tortillas = 2 pts 
2 cups steamed green beans = 0 pts 






















After-dinner drink: 7 pts

1 IPA beer = 7 pts
