Did you know that red kidney beans offer a ton of health benefits?  Well, they do.  You should go eat some right now!  They help protect against heart disease and are full of antioxidants.  Furthermore, the fiber, protein and complex carbohydrates in red kidney beans helps stabilize blood sugar levels.
