Determined Day #171

Every couple of months I make two Chicken Tamale Casseroles; one for dinner and one for the freezer for a crazy day!  It's almost like eating dessert for dinner, it tastes sweet and delicious.  

Breakfast: 9 pts 

1 1/2 cups mushrooms and onions sautéed in 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 
1 Aidell's Chicken and Apple Sausage = 4 pts 
2 eggs = 4 pts 





















Snack: 5 pts 

1 slice provolone cheese = 2 pts 
1 Emerald 100 calorie pack cashews = 3 pts 





















Lunch: 7 pts 

3 cups spinach = 0 pts 
1/2 cup red bell pepper = 0 pts 
1 oz crumbled goat cheese = 2 pts
2 tablespoons Ken's Lite Raspberry Walnut dressing = 2 pts 
1 Original GardenBurger veggie patty = 3 pts 


Afternoon treat: 2 pts

1 Starbucks Raspberry Pomegranate Refresher = 2 pts 





















Dinner: 9 pts

1 serving Chicken Tamale Casserole = 9 pts 
2 cups steamed cauliflower = 0 pts
