Tonight I made a repeat dinner requested by the fam - tasty little bbq flavored meatloaf muffins and smashed potatoes.  I added Barefoot Contessa's Roasted Parnsips and Carrots on the side - SO DELICIOUS!  You must make!

1 Trader Joes Sweet Apple Chicken sausage = 120 calories





















Lunch: 258 calories

3 cups Trader Joes Cruciferous Crunch-Veggie Mix = 35 calories 
3 tablespoons Olive Garden Italian dressing = 120 calories 
1 cup butternut squash = 63 calories 
1 teaspoon olive oil = 40 calories 





















Snack: 280 calories 

1 Sabra Grab and Go cup = 280 calories 





















Dinner: 685 calories 

1 serving Mini BBQ Meatloaves and Smashed Blue Cheese Potatoes = 378 calories 
1 serving Roasted Parsnips and Carrots = 307 calories
