Determined Day #14

Today's fruit intake wasn't the greatest, as our kitchen is low on fruit.  I also splurged after dinner by having a beer with my dessert.  It was a long day; more destructive messes than a typical day (created by my 2 year old).  He went to town with my new dark brown Essie nail polish. He painted my 1 year old's lips.  And her teeth.  And her nails. And her play kitchen.  And her bedroom hardwood floors.  It was a blast cleaning up the mess. The day continued to be quite an adventure.  This evening I was happy to reward myself by using 5 of those wonderful weekly bonus points!



Breakfast: 5 pts

1 scrambled egg = 2 pts
1 orange = 0 pts
1 slice turkey bacon = 1 pt
1/2 cup Simply Potatoes shredded hash browns = 2 pts

















Snack: 4 pts

1 Fiber One Blueberry Streusel bar = 4 pts

















Lunch: 9 pts

1 Oroweat Pocket Thins Flatbread = 3 pts
1 cup spinach = 0 pts
1/8 cup shredded carrots = 0 pts
1/2 sliced pear = 0 pts
3 ounces Foster Farms Grilled Chicken strips = 3 pts
2 teaspoons Kens Lite Sweet Onion Vidalia dressing = 1 pt
1/2 cup roasted sweet potatoes leftovers = 2 pts





















Snack: 3 pts 

1 Weight Watchers Aloha Almond Bar = 3 pts 













Dinner: 6 pts

2 1/2 ounces rotisserie chicken = 2 pts
3/4 cup cottage cheese = 4 pts
1 1/2 cups veggies, sautéed in PAM = 0 pts






















Dessert: 9 pts

1 light blonde lager = 5 pts
1 Skinny Cow Salted Caramel Pretzel Ice Cream Bar = 4 pts
