Determined Day #61

Today was another awesome exercise day.  I had my 90 minute tennis class, but I was only really moving about 30 of those minutes.  Then I went for a 2.5 mile run.

1 Thomas Light English Muffin = 3 pts
1/2 teaspoon Smart Balance = 0 pts






















Snack: 3 pts 

1 Weight Watchers Aloha Almond bar = 3 pts

1 Panera Bread Tuna Salad Sandwich = 12 pts

2 clementines = 0 pts






















Dinner: 10 pts

4 1/2 ounce grilled chicken breast = 5 pts
1 cup mini farfalle = 4 pts
1/4 cup Bertolli Light Garlic Alfredo Sauce = 1 pt
2 cups steamed green beans = 0 pts





















Evening Snack: 3 pts

1 Orville Redenbacher Single Serving popcorn = 3 pts
