Determined Day #78

Have you tried Fage Greek Yogurt?  When I was pregnant with my 2nd child I went to a nutritionist and she noticed my calcium intake was super low.  She raved about Fage and told me to eat a couple servings a day.  Because it is so natural, you have to get used to the flavor.  But the health benefits are AMAZING.  In today's 6 ounce serving, my body got a whopping 18 grams of protein and 20% of my daily calcium requirement.  Grab a container next time you are at the store!  If the flavor turns you off, drizzle some honey and almonds on it; or add some fresh fruit.
