Determined Day #96

Happy Mother's Day!  I had a wonderful day with my family, how about you?  The best part of the day was that I didn't have to cook or do any dishes!  I had an awesome workout day.  I am so close to hitting 100 miles.  Check out my exercise journey here!


Breakfast: 8 pts

2 scrambled eggs = 4 pts 
2 slices pancetta = 3 pts 
1/2 cup red and yellow bell pepper and onions = 0 pts 
2 tablespoons feta cheese = 1 pt 
2 orange slices = 0 pts 






















Lunch: 8 pts 

3 cups mixed greens = 0 pts 
1/2 cup red and yellow bell peppers and onions = 0 pts 
2 1/2 ounces chicken breast = 3 pts 
3 tablespoons salsa = 0 pts
2 tablespoons guacamole = 1 pt 
7 tortilla chips = 4 pts 




















Snack: 4 pts 

1 cup baby carrots = 0 pts 
1 single serve Sabra hummus = 4 pts 























Dinner: 12 pts 

3 oz chicken battered in parmesan/flour/beer sautéed in 1 teaspoon olive oil = 6 pts 
1 cup baked sweet potato rounds tossed in 2 teaspoons coconut oil = 4 pts 
3 cups squash and zucchini brushed with 2 teaspoons olive oil = 2 pts






















Evening Snack: 2 pts 

1/2 cup Fage Total 0% Nonfat Greek Yogurt = 2 pts 
1/2 cup frozen blueberries = 0 pts
