Breakfast: 6 pts 

1 scrambled egg = 2 pts 
1/2 cup egg whites = 1 pt 
1 cup zucchini, red and yellow bell pepper and onions = 0 pts 
1 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt 
2 tablespoons feta = 1 pt 
1 slice turkey bacon = 1 pt 
3 slices orange = 0 pts 





















Snack: 5 pts 

1 protein smoothie (1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1 cup coconut water, 2 tablespoons flax meal, 2 tablespoons protein powder, handful of mixed greens) = 5 pts





















Lunch: 7 pts 

3 cups mixed greens = 0 pts 
1/4 cup carrots = 0 pts 
1/2 cup broccoli = 0 pts 
2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds = 2 pts 
2 tablespoons Ken's Apple Cider Vinaigrette = 2 pts 
1 Morningstar Mediterranean Chickpea patty = 3 pts

1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts 
1 Frigo string cheese = 2 pts
