Determined Day #99

Tonight I was really craving dessert but I stayed strong and had some fresh fruit instead!  How do you curb your sweet tooth?


Breakfast: 10 pts 

2 scrambled eggs = 4 pts 
1/2 cup black beans = 2 pts
1 single serving guacamole = 2 pts
2 slices turkey bacon = 2 pts 






















Snack: 6 pts

1 cup Fage Total 0% Nonfat Greek Yogurt = 3 pts 
1 tablespoon Adam's Chunky Peanut Butter = 3 pts



















Lunch: 7 pts 

4 slices Kirkland Smoked Turkey Breast = 3 pts 
2 ounces Sabra hummus = 4 pts 
1 cup mixed greens = 0 pts 
1 apple = 0 pts 






















Dinner: 9 pts

4 ounces chicken breast chunks sautéed in 1 teaspoon vegetable oil = 5 pts 
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce = 0 pts 
1/4 cup pineapple tidbits = 1 pt 
1/4 cup long grain white rice = 1 pt
1/2 corn on the cob = 1 pt 
1 1/2 cups roasted brussel sprouts tossed in 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 





















Dessert: 0 pts 

1 cup raspberries = 0 pts
1 strawberry = 0 pts
