Determined Day #151

Do you ever have cravings for sugar, but you really aren't hungry?  I have this problem every night around 8pm.  I found some Outshine frozen fruit bars that are only 1 point!  What a bargain, and they totally curb that sugar craving. 


Breakfast: 7 pts

2 eggs = 4 pts 
1 cup kale = 0 pts 
1/4 cup onions = 0 pts 
1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 
2 slices turkey bacon = 2 pts 





















Lunch: 10 pts 

1 FlatOut FoldIt = 3 pts 
1 Morningstar Chipotle Black Bean Veggie Patty = 5 pts 
1 slice provolone cheese = 2 pts 
1 cup bell peppers = 0 pts 






















Snack: 3 pts 

1/2 cup Chex Mex Traditional = 3 pts 





















Dinner: 12 pts 

2 cups steamed green beans = 0 pts 
1 cup long grain white rice = 5 pts 
3 oz large shrimp = 3 pts 
2 cups bell peppers and onions sautéed in 2 teaspoons olive oil = 2 pts 
3 tablespoons stir fry sauce = 2 pts 





















Dessert: 1 pt 

1 Outshine No Sugar Added Fruit Bar = 1 pt
