Morning Latte: 2 pts

1 cup nonfat milk = 2 pts
1/2 cup espresso = 0 pts





















Lunch: 6 pts

1 1/2 cups steamed green beans = 0 pts
1/2 cup long grain white rice = 3 pts
1 1/2 cups bell peppers and onions sautéed in 2 teaspoons olive oil = 2 pts
2 tablespoons stir fry sauce = 1 pt





















Pre-workout snack: 5 pts 

1 Zone Perfect Dark Chocolate Almond bar = 5 pts 





















Dinner: 10 pts 

1 serving Chile Con Carne with Beans = 10 pts 
2 cups steamed broccoli = 0 pts
