I'm totally nuts about Betty Lou's Nut Balls.  They are so delicious, healthy and filling!  So far the macadamia coconut and cashew have been my favorites.  If you see them in your grocery store, snag a couple to try!  They are great for your handbag or car when you need a snack. 


Breakfast: 5 pts 

1 slice bacon = 2 pts 
1 wedge Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb = 1 pt 
1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts

1 Betty Lous Nuts About Almond Butter Ball = 5 pts 





















Lunch: 9 pts 

6 oz homemade turkey meatloaf = 8 pts 
1 1/2 cups butternut squash roasted in 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 





















Snack: 2 pts 

1 string cheese = 2 pts 





















Dinner: 11 pts 

1/2 cup long grain white rice = 3 pts 
1 serving Easy Pepper Steak leftovers = 8 pts 





















Dessert: 2 pts 

1 Outshine Blood Orange bar = 2 pts
