Determined Day #178

I'm always excited to try a fish recipe that doesn't require frying or grilling (during the winter!).  Tonight's tilapia recipe was super quick and delicious!  

Breakfast: 10 pts

1 Aidell's Chicken Apple Sausage = 4 pts 
1/4 avocado = 2 pts 
2 eggs = 4 pts





















Snack: 5 pts

1 Zone Perfect Dark Chocolate Almond bar = 5 pts 

Lunch: 6 pts

1/2 cup cottage cheese = 3 pts
1 banana = 0 pts 
1 GardenBurger patty = 3 pts 





















Dinner: 12 pts

1 serving Sweet Spicy Citrus Tilapia = 6 pts
3/4 cup quinoa = 4 pts
2 cups mixed greens = 0 pts
2 teaspoons olive oil = 2 pts
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar = 0 pts
