I typically like to make sauces from scratch, but I had a busy day and was short on time.  Luckily Trader Joes makes some delicious products that come in jars!  If you haven't tried their Curry Simmer Sauce, check it out!  I literally threw chicken in a sauce pan, dumped the sauce on top and voila - dinner was done!
