I doubt I will ever make salmon any other way....tonight's salmon recipe was out of this world delicious!  Next time I will make some cous cous, quinoa or rice to soak up all the delicious sauce.

1 Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds 100 calorie pack = 100 calories





















Dinner: 438 calories 

2 cups steamed green beans = 88 calories
1 serving Garlic Honey Ginger Salmon = 350 calories
