You can eat treats and stay on track, as long as you keep it in moderation and hit the gym!  Today we went to a birthday party and the delicious little cupcakes were staring me down.  I had a really good workout at the gym earlier in the day, so I ate one and I didn't feel guilty.

Dinner: 474 calories 

1 1/2 cups Trader Joes Cruciferous Crunch Mix = 17 calories 
1 1/2 tablespoons Olive Garden Italian dressing = 60 calories
2 ounces avocado = 91 calories 
5 ounces homemade pan fried cod = 306 calories





















Dessert: 163 calories 

1 mini homemade vanilla cupcake with frosting = 163 calories
