According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, eating 1.5 ounces of nuts per day as part of a healthy diet may reduce your risk of heart disease. Cashews provide lots of  vitamin K and zinc.  1/4 cup of lightly salted cashews are 160 calories and they are soon delicious!  Keep a ziplock of them in your car or handbag for a snack.
