Determined Day #126

Have you tried mini slider buns?  Next time you BBQ, try them out!  They are fun and they are only 2 points each. 

Breakfast: 8 pts

2 eggs = 4 pts 
1 1/2 cups kale and onions sautéed in 1 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt 
1/2 link Aidells Pineapple and Bacon Chicken Sausage = 3 pts 





















Snack: 3 pts 

1 nonfat latte = 3 pts 





















Lunch: 14 pts

1 1/2 servings Sante Fe Chicken = 6 pts 
1 tablespoon sour cream = 1 pt 
1 cup Israeli cous coup with peas and parmesan = 5 pts 
1/4 avocado = 2 pts 





















Dinner: 9 pts 

2 mini slider buns = 4 pts 
3 3/4 ounces grilled ground turkey = 4 pts 
Bell peppers and onions grilled brushed with 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 
1 slice cantaloupe = 0 pts
