My Smoothies

I have  thrown some ingredients together and made a few smoothie concoctions.  Regardless of the kind of blender you have, the recipes below will work for you - try one out!

1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup frozen strawberries 
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal 
1 tablespoon rice protein powder
