I'm usually pretty uneasy about canned goods outside of canned beans, but I tried Kirkland's Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon today on my salad and it was pretty good.  It's a great option when you are in a hurry!  The entire can was only 180 calories and we all know how nutritious salmon is for our bodies.

1 can Kirkland Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon = 180 calories 
1/2 cup broccoli = 15 calories 
2 tablespoons Trader Joe's Sliced Honey Roasted Almonds = 90 calories 
2 tablespoons Ken's Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing = 80 calories 

Dinner: 489 calories 

1 1/2 servings Smoky Pork Stir Fry = 248 calories 
1/4 package Maruchan Yakisoba noodles = 130 calories 
1 1/2 cup diced pineapple = 112 calories 













Evening Snack: 160 calories 

1/4 cup cashews = 160 calories
