Determined Day #145

I made one of my favorite recipes tonight, Spicy Chicken Cacciatore.  I omit the red pepper flakes so that it's not spicy.  It's a saucy dish, so polenta is the perfect side to this scrumptious recipe!

Breakfast: 9 pts 

3 slices canadian bacon = 1 pt
2 eggs = 4 pts 
1/2 avocado = 4 pts 
















Lunch: 8 pts 

1 cup yellow squash and onions sautéed in 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt
3 cups mixed greens = 0 pts 
1/2 cup black beans = 2 pts
3 oz ground turkey = 3 pts
2 tablespoons salsa = 0 pts 
1 single serving Good Foods guacamole = 2 pts 






















Snack: 0 pts 

1 1/2 cups honeydew = 0 pts 





















Dinner: 12 pts 

1 serving Spicy Chicken Cacciatore = 7 pts 
1/2 cup polenta = 3 pts 
1 zucchini grilled, brushed with 2 teaspoons olive oil = 2 pts 





















Dessert: 4 pts 

1 Skinny Cow Dreamy Clusters = 4 pts
