Determined Day #20

If you are looking for a new winter comfort recipe for your family, tonight's dinner was a serious hit!  It's a recipe from this month's Cooking Light magazine.  Click on the link below to view the recipe.  Each serving is 9 points.  I opted to have 1 1/2 servings since I had the available points and I was so hungry. Each serving is 1 1/3 cups. 

Breakfast: 4 pts

3 sliced canadian bacon = 1 pt
1 banana = 0 pts
1/2 light english muffin = 1 pt
2 teaspoons Smuckers Sugar Free Red Raspberry Preserves = 0 pts
1 scrambled egg = 2 pts
















Snack: 3 pts

2 clementines = 0 pts
1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts
3 walnut halves = 1 pt












Lunch: 5 pts 

1 serving Potato and Canadian Bacon Chowder = 4 pts
1/2 Oroweat Pocket Thin Flatbread = 1 pt
1 teaspoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter = 0 pts



















Snack: 5 pts

25 mini pretzels = 2 pts
1 Skinny Cow Creamy Cappuccino = 3 pts





















Dinner: 12 pts

1 1/2 servings Chicken Broccoli Mac N Cheese with Bacon =  12 pts
1 cup zucchini and onions, sautéed in PAM = 0 pts

















Dessert: 3 pts

1 Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp Peanut Butter candy bar = 3 pts
