Determined Day #21

Today was a fabulous day!  I ran 2 miles, made healthy food choices and had a 3 pound loss at my Weight Watchers meeting tonight!  8 pounds down, 31 to go!  How are you doing in your weight loss journey?  Leave me a comment below!  


Breakfast: 6 pts

1 scrambled egg = 2 pts
3 slices canadian bacon = 1 pt
1/2 Oroweat Pocket Thins Flatbread = 1 pt
2 strawberries = 0 pts
1 Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt = 2 pts



















Snack: 3 pts

2 ounce ground turkey muffin = 2 pts
2 clementines = 0 pts
1/3 ounce cheese = 1 pt




















Lunch: 6 pts

1 crab cake = 3 pts
2/3 serving Potato and Canadian Bacon Chowder leftovers = 3 pts

















Snack: 3 pts 

1/4 cup dried apricots = 2 pts
7 raw almonds = 1 pt
1 apple = 0 pts



















Dinner: 9 pts 

1 Grilled Turkey, Apple, Cheddar Sandwich = 9 pts
1 cup red and orange bell pepper strips = 0 pts
1 cup carrots = 0 pts 





















Dessert: 3 pts 

2 Weight Watchers Mint Cookie Crisp Mini Bars = 3 pts
