Determined Day #22

Today was a really busy day, but I did have 1/2 hour free time this afternoon.  Instead of attacking the never-ending dishes/laundry/toy-pick-up-marathon, I did Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD.  If you don't already own it, you should buy it.  It is a great workout if you are short on time - it is only 20 minutes!

Breakfast: 7 pts 

1 Nature's Path Organic Buckwheat Wildberry Waffle = 3 pts
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup = 1 pt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries = 0 pts
1 slice turkey bacon = 1 pt
1 smoothie = 2 pts
















Snack: 4 pts 

1 Thomas 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thin = 3 pts
1 wedge Laughing Cow = 1 pt




















Lunch: 6 pts

5 ounces ground turkey meatloaf muffins = 5 pts
1 tablespoon ketchup = 0 pts
1/4 cup cottage cheese = 1 pt
1 cup baby carrots = 0 pts



















Snack: 5 pts

1 Morningstar Farms Chipotle Black Bean patty = 5 pts
1 pear = 0 pts





















Dinner: 9 pts

1 serving Steak and Asparagus Stir Fry = 6 pts
2/3 cup steamed white rice = 3 pts

















Dessert: 4 pts

1 package Skinny Cow Divine Chocolate with Caramel = 4 pts
