Determined Day #25

Tonight's dinner was a hit with the family. I was leery about it, but it was pretty tasty.  My kids loved crushing up tortilla chips to top their soup bowls. Each 3/4 cup serving is 5 points. 3/4 cup is not much, so I planned for a snack afterwards, instead of my typical Skinny Cow dessert before bed.  


Breakfast: 4 pts

1 scrambled egg = 2 pts
3 slices canadian bacon = 1 pt
1/2 Oroweat Pocket Thin Flatbread = 1 pt
1 banana = 0 pts





















Snack: 2 pts

1 smoothie (1 c unsweetened almond milk, 1 c kale, 1 c frozen fruit medley) = 1 pt
7 almonds = 1 pt
























Lunch: 7 pts

4 Foster Farms turkey meatballs = 6 pts
1/4 cup cottage cheese = 1 pt
1 orange = 0 pts



















Snack: 6 pts

1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts
1 Peet's Coffee small nonfat latte = 2 pts
1 Dannon Light & Fit greek yogurt = 2 pts






















Dinner: 5 pts 

1 serving (3/4 cup) Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Soup = 5 pts
1 cup steamed green beans = 0 pts



















Post-workout snack: 6 pts

1 apple = 0 pts
1 Thomas Bagel Thin = 3 pts
1 ounce cream cheese = 3 pts
