Today I threw together another crockpot recipe from Weight Watchers' website.  It was another hit!  See below for the link to the recipe. 



Breakfast: 5 pts

1 scrambled egg = 2pts
2 turkey sausage links = 3 pts
1 banana = 0 pts




















Snack: 4 pts

1 apple = 0 pts
1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts
1/4 cup dried apricots = 2 pts





















Lunch: 9 pts

1 Don Lee Farms veggie patty = 4 pts
1 cup spinach = 0 pts
1/4 cup shredded carrots = 0 pts
1/4 cup orange and red bell pepper = 0 pts
2 tablespoons slivered almonds = 2 pts
1 tablespoon Ken's Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing = 1 pt
1 Determined Pinkalicious Momma smoothie = 3 pts


















Snack: 3 pts

1 corn tortilla = 1 pt
2 ounces Foster Farms grilled chicken strips = 2 pts
1/4 cup bell peppers and onions sautéed in fajita seasonings = 0 pts












Dinner: 7 pts 

1 serving (1 cup) Slow Cooker White Bean and Turkey Chili = 7 pts
2 cups steamed cauliflower = 0 pts










Dessert: 3 pts

1 Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp Peanut Butter bar = 3 pts
1 clementine = 0 pts
