Tonight we picked up take-out from Chipotle with our cousins. Before we went, I studied Chipotle's menu and caluated points to figure out what I could afford. I haven't used any of my Weekly Points Allowance this week, so I used a few of them. I got to indulge with my family and didn't go off plan!
Breakfast: 4 pts
1/2 lite english muffin = 1 pt1 scrambled egg = 2 pts
3 slices Canadian bacon = 1 pt
1 medium grapefruit = 0 pts
Snack: 3 pts
1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts3 walnut halves = 1 pt
Lunch: 5 pts
1 whole wheat sandwich thin = 3 pts2 tablespoons PB2 = 1 pt
2 tablespoons sugar free raspberry preserves = 1 pt
1 small pear = 0 pts
Snack: 5 pts
1/2 Thomas mini bagel = 2 pts1 tablespoon reduced fat cream cheese = 1 pt
10 carrot sticks = 0 pts
1 tablespoon ranch dip = 2 pts
Dinner: 18 pts
1/2 Chipotle burrito containing steak, corn salsa, white rice, sour cream = 11 pts
1 Chipotle kids chips = 4 pts
1/2 Chipotle guacamole = 3 pts
This recipe I think is my very favorite. I love anything Chipotle. I guess you could use fish as a substitute too.
