Determined Day #36

Today was another great day!  Although I was super tired and just wanted to go to bed after dinner, I went to the gym and ran 2 miles.  I felt so energized afterwards!  If you are looking for a new dessert item, I discovered the brand Yasso today at the store.  I had the dark chocolate raspberry greek yogurt bar tonight.  It was pretty small for 3 points, but it was really delicious. 

Breakfast: 6 pts

1 scrambled egg = 2 pts
2 turkey sausage links = 3 pts
1/4 cup Nancy's nonfat yogurt = 1 pt
1/8 cup frozen blueberries = 0 pts
1/2 diced banana = 0 pts



















Snack: 1 pt

22 whole grain goldfish = 1 pt
1 cup sliced yellow and red bell peppers = 0 pts






















Lunch: 6 pts

1/3 cup quinoa = 2 pts
2/3 cup organic frozen mixed vegetables = 1 pt
1 Gardenburger Black Bean Chipotle patty = 3 pts




















Snack: 3 pts

1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts
2 clementines = 0 pts
7 almonds = 1 pt





















Afternoon treat: 3 pts

3 small Dove milk chocolate hearts = 3 pts













Dinner: 7 pts

5 ounces cod (dipped in egg, 1 tablespoon panko, 1 tablespoon parmesan then fried in 1 teaspoon olive oil) = 6 pts
3/4 cup acorn squash = 0 pts
10 asapargus spears and 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt




















Post-workout treat: 5 pts

1 small Yasso dark chocolate raspberry greek yogurt bar = 3 pts
1 Weight Watchers Choc Full O' Chocolate mini bar = 2 pts
