Determined Day #44

Today was a good reminder to carry healthy snacks and check the points value on a food before eating it!  I was driving down the road and my stomach was growling so I ate a package of Nature Valley Breakfast Biscuits that were in the car for a "kid melting down emergency moment."  I got home and looked up the points after I ate them - I about had a stroke!  6 points!  Totally not worth it. They were tasty, but not filling at all. 

Breakfast: 4 pts

1 scrambled egg = 2 pts
3 slices canadian bacon = 1 pt
1/4 cup cottage cheese = 1 pt
1 cup cantaloupe = 0 pts




















Snack: 6 pts 

1 package Nature Valley Breakfast biscuits = 6 pts
















Lunch: 8 pts

1 Flatout FoldIt = 3 pts
1 Laughing Cow wedge = 1 pt
1 Gardenburger Black Bean Chipotle patty = 3 pts
2 cups sliced purple cabbage, green cabbage and onion = 0 pts
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt

















Snack: 2 pts 

1 Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt = 2 pts 
1 apple = 0 pts
















Dinner: 7 pts

1/2 serving Chicken, Broccoli & Rice Casserole = 6 pts
1 cup shredded brussel sprouts sautéed in olive oil spray = 0 pts
2 cups mixed greens = 0 pts 
1/8 cup shredded cucumber = 0 pts 
1/8 cup shredded carrots = 0 pts
1 tablespoon Wishbone Light Raspberry dressing = 1 pt 


















Snack: 3 pts 

1 Orville Redenbacher's single serve bag popcorn = 3 pts
