1 slice turkey bacon = 1 pt 
1/4 cup cottage cheese = 1 pt 
1/2 slice Dave's Killer Bread = 1 pt 
1 tablespoon Private Selection Washington Apple Butter = 0 pts 




















Snack: 3 pts 

1 Determined Refreshing Momma smoothie = 3 pts 























Lunch: 6 pts 

1 Weight Watchers Chicken Burger patty = 3 pts 
2/3 cup mashed sweet potatoes leftovers = 3 pts 
1 cup steamed green beans leftovers = 0 pts 






















Snack: 3 pts 

1 package Special K White Fudge Dipped Pretzels = 3 pts






















Dinner: 11 pts 

1 serving Chicken Curry and white rice = 8 pts 
1 serving Asian Kale Salad = 3 pts
2 cups steamed broccoli = 0 pts





















Dessert: 4 pts 

1 package Skinny Cow Dreamy Clusters Dark Chocolate = 4 pts
