Tonight I was so tired I could barely keep my eyes open, but I went to the gym before dinner and it was so energizing.  I ran 2 miles.  4 down, 196 to go!  


Breakfast: 4 pts

1 Laughing Cow wedge = 1 pt 
7 Wheat Thins Reduced Fat = 1 pt

2/3 serving Chicken Curry leftovers = 5 pts
2 cups arugula = 0 pts
1 sliced kiwi = 0 pts
1 sliced strawberry = 0 pts
1 tablespoon Ken's Lite Sweet Vidalia dressing = 1 pt

1/4 cup cottage cheese = 1 pt 
1/4 cup dried apricots = 2 pts
