Determined Day #49

At this morning's Weight Watcher meeting, I spotted a yummy looking soup recipe in the Weekly handout.  I made a triple batch today and froze most of it.  It's pretty tasty for only 2 points per 1 cup serving.

Breakfast: 6 pts

1/2 cup egg whites = 1 pt
1 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt 
1/2 cup chopped red and green bell peppers = 0 pts 
1/8 cup sliced onions = 0 pts 
1/2 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese = 1 pt 
4 sliced basil leaves = 0 pts
1 Thomas Bagel Thin = 3 pts 
1/2 teaspoon Smart Balance Light = 0 pts 






















Snack: 0 pts

1 apple = 0 pts 





















Lunch: 6 pts

1 slice toasted whole wheat bread = 2 pts 
1/2 teaspoon Smart Balance Light = 0 pts 
Sprinkle Garlic Salt = 0 pts 





















Snack: 3 pts 

1 sliced kiwi = 0 pts
7 almonds = 1 pt 
1 slice Sargento Provolone cheese = 2 pts 





















Dinner: 14 pts 

1 Chipotle Steak Bowl (steak, black beans, roasted corn salsa, lettuce) = 9 pts 
1/2 serving Chipotle Kids Chips = 2 pts 
1 Amstel Light = 3 pts 






















Dessert: 4 pts 

1 Skinny Cow Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich = 4 pts
