Determined Day #52

Last Wednesday I started my goal of running 200 miles before June 10.  10 miles are crossed off the board so far. How are you doing on your weight loss journey? Leave me a comment!


Breakfast: 6 pts

1/4 cup red and green bell peppers = 0 pts 
1/8 cup sliced onions = 0 pts 
1/2 cup spinach = 0 pts
2 ounces avocado = 2 pts
1 slice turkey bacon = 1 pt
1/2 Thomas Light English muffin = 1 pt
1/2 teaspoon Smart Balance Light = 0 pts






















Snack: 4 pts

1 Determined Luau Momma smoothie = 3 pts
7 almonds = 1 pt























Lunch: 8 pts

1 Weight Watchers Chicken Burger patty = 3 pts
1 cup roasted sweet potato and onion with 1 teaspoon olive oil = 5 pts
2 cups sautéed green and purple cabbage in PAM spray = 0 pts






















Snack: 4 pts 

1 cup baby carrots = 0 pts 
51 pieces goldfish = 4 pts 






















Dinner: 9 pts

3 cups steamed cauliflower and broccoli = 0 pts
1/2 cup polenta = 3 pts
1 grilled mild Italian sausage = 6 pts






















Dessert: 4 pts

1 Skinny Cow Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream sandwich = 4 pts
