Tonight's dinner was really delicious.  It was from Eating Well magazine.  I've never made a recipe from their magazine that wasn't really tasty.

1/2 Thomas Light English Muffin = 1 pt
1 teaspoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter = 1 pt

1/2 cup egg whites = 1 pt
1 cup sautéed broccoli, onions, sweet peepers, zucchini = 0 pts
1 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt

4 ounces Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Strips = 3 pts 
1 tablespoon slivered almonds = 1 pt 
1/2 cup slices sweet peppers = 0 pts 
2 tablespoons Ken's Apple Cider Vinaigrette = 2 pts

2 Shrimp Kebabs with Curry-Coconut Glaze = 6 pts

1 cup steamed broccoli = 0 pts
