Determined Day #65

I didn't have much time to prepare lunch today, so I threw some leftover chicken and salsa inside corn tortillas and had a low-point lunch in 60 seconds flat!  I threw the corn tortillas directly on my gas burner (no pan) for 15 seconds on each side.  


Breakfast: 7 pts 

1 scrambled egg = 2 pts
1/2 Aidell Chicken Apple Sausage = 2 pts
1 english muffin = 3 pts
1 teaspoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter = 0 pts




















Snack: 3 pts 

1/4 cup cottage cheese = 1 pt
3 sliced strawberries = 0 pts
1 ground turkey muffin = 2 pts























Lunch: 4 pts 

2 corn tortillas = 2 pts
2 ounces sliced chicken breast = 2 pts
2 tablespoons mango salsa = 0 pts























Snack: 3 pts

1/2 sliced apple = 0 pts
1/2 english muffin = 2 pts
2 teaspoons cream cheese = 1 pt





















Dinner: 13 pts

1 cup ravioli lasagna = 11 pts
2 cups brussel sprouts = 0 pts
2 teaspoons olive oil = 2 pts
1 cup steamed cauliflower = 0 pts





















Dessert: 4 pts 

1 package Skinny Cow Caramel Divine Chocolate = 4 pts
