Determined Day #71

This morning's scramble was super tasty with chunks of avocado.  And I loved having Korean Salad Cup leftovers in the fridge for lunch - super easy prep, refreshing and delicious!  If you haven't made these, you should try them out!  The recipe is under the tab "My Fave Recipes."



Breakfast: 6 pts

1/2 cup egg whites = 1 pt 
1 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt 
1 cup mushrooms, onions and asparagus = 0 pts 
2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella = 1 pt 
1/8 avocado = 1 pt 
1/2 link Aidell's Chicken Apple Sausage = 2 pts 






















Snack: 3 pts 

1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts 
1 orange = 0 pts 
7 almonds = 1 pt



Lunch: 6 pts 

3 Korean Salad Cups = 6 pts 
1 apple = 0 pts 






















Dinner: 14 pts 

1 Thomas Bagel Thin = 3 pts 
1 wedge Laughing Cow = 1 pt
5 ounces grilled petitie sirloin steak = 8 pts 
1/2 cup petite peas = 2 pts 
1 1/2 cups acorn squash = 0 pts






















Dessert: 4 pts 

1 Skinny Cow Vanilla with Caramel Ice Cream Cone = 4 pts
