Determined Day #72

Easter candy is already creating a big problem for my self control with sugar!  I started out the week wanting to avoid sugar, but it keeps creeping into my hands.  I need a strategy for this weekend!  P.S. Doesn't today's breakfast remind you of a cute little old lady wearing too much make-up?  It cracked me up!


Breakfast: 5 pts 

1 Thomas Bagel Thin = 3 pts 
1/2 cup egg whites = 0 pts 
1 cup zucchini and onions = 0 pts 
1 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt 
1 slice turkey bacon = 1 pt






















Snack: 5 pts 

1/8 cup trail mix with chocolate pieces = 3 pts 
1/2 sliced pear = 0 pts 
1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts 






















Lunch: 6 pts 

3 Korean Salad Cups = 6 pts 






















Dinner: 10 pts

1/2 cup rice = 3 pts
4 ounces chicken = 4 pts
2 tablespoons bourbon sauce = 2 pts 
2 cups asparagus = 0 pts 
1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 





















Dessert: 8 pts 

1/2 cup Starburst Jelly Beans = 8 pts
