Determined Day #80

Today I concocted a new, delicious, filling snack.  I mixed 1 tablespoon chunky peanut butter into my Fage greek yogurt.  It contained a whopping 21 grams of protein!


Breakfast: 5 pts

1 scrambled egg = 2 pt 
1 slice turkey bacon = 1 pt 
1/4 avocado = 2 pts 




















Snack: 0 pts 

1 apple = 0 pts 





















Lunch: 8 pts 

1 serving Spicy Chicken Cacciatore leftovers = 7 pts 
2 cups sautéed kale = 0 pts 
1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 




















Snack: 5 pts 

1 Fage 0% = 2 pts 
1 tablespoon Adam's Crunchy Peanut Butter = 3 pts






















Dinner: 11 pts

1 Kirkland beef patty = 8 pts
1 slice reduced fat provolone cheese = 1 pt
1/4 sliced avocado = 2 pts 
2 cups steamed broccoli = 0 pts 





















Snack: 4 pts 

40 pistachios = 4 pts
