Have you tried Trader Joe's marinated trip-tip?  It is delicious!  Not too bad on the points, either.  Buy some and fire up your grill!

1/4 cup black beans = 1 pt 
3 ounces cod = 2 pts 
1 cup baby carrots = 0 pts 
2 tablespoons Trader Joes Original Hummus Dip = 1 pt

1/3 cup Kirkland Signature Fruit and Nut Medley = 5 pts
