Determined Day #85

Tonight I made one of my favorite crockpot dishes - Honey Orange Chicken Drumsticks from Eating Well Magazine.  Only 3 points per drumstick!  They are really tasty.  Also, another noteworthy item - I had an AMAZING find at Costco.  Single serving cups of guacamole.  And not just boring guacamole.  AMAZING, chunky guacamole.  They are pricey, but if you enjoy one every couple of days you can make them last all month. 


Breakfast: 9 pts

1 egg = 2 pts 
1/2 cup egg whites = 1 pt 
1/2 cup red bell pepper and onions = 0 pts 
1 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt 
2 tablespoon feta = 1 pt 
1/2 link Aidells Chicken Apple Sausage = 2 pts 
1/4 avocado = 2 pts





















Snack: 2 pts 

1 orange = 0 pts 
1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts 





















Lunch: 11 pts 

3 cups power greens = 0 pts 
1/2 cup quinoa = 3 pts 
2 sliced strawberries = 0 pts 
1/2 sliced apple = 0 pts 
2 tablespoons Ken's Apple Cider Vinaigrette = 2 pts 
1 1/2 cups roasted brussel sprouts = 0 pts 
1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 
5 ounces grilled chicken breast = 5 pts 























Snack: 2 pts 

1 cup baby carrots = 0 pts 
1 single serving Good Foods Chunky Guacamole = 2 pts 























Dinner: 6 pts 

1 serving Honey Orange Chicken Drumsticks = 6 pts 
1 1/2 cups steamed green beans = 0 pts 






















Dessert: 2 pts 

1 Outshine Blueberry Yogurt Ice Cream bar = 2 pts
