Determined Day #86

Today I made up a new smoothie recipe.  It contains a lot of greens and it is tasty! Try it out and let me know what you think. 


Breakfast: 5 pts

1 cup Cinnamon Life cereal = 4 pts
1/2 cup nonfat milk = 1 pt
3 sliced strawberries = 0 pts






















Snack: 4 pts

Determined Green Mango Momma smoothie = 4 pts






















Lunch: 8 pts

3 cups Earthbound Farms Power Greens = 0 pts 
4 ounces grilled chicken breast = 4 pts
3 strawberries = 0 pts 
2 tablespoons Kens Lite Norther Italian dressing = 1 pt 
1/4 avocado = 2 pts 
2 tablespoons feta = 1 pt 





















Snack: 5 pts 

1 cup Fage 0% Nonfat Greek Yogurt = 3 pts 
2 teaspoons Adam's Chunky Peanut Butter = 2 pts 




















Dinner: 12 pts 

4 ounces turkey meatloaf = 7 pts
2 cups roasted cabbage = 0 pts 
1 teaspoons olive oil = 1 pt 
1 cup mashed yams = 4 pts 



















Today's Total Points: 34
