Determined Day #102

Tonight was date night so I ate a light breakfast, skipped snacks and used a few of my weekly bonus points.  That's the beauty of Weight Watchers - you can make adjustments in your day so that you can accommodate for social events!  


Breakfast: 5 pts 

7 almonds = 1 pt 
2 hard boiled eggs = 4 pts 






















Lunch: 5 pts 

1 1/2 cups roasted brussel sprouts tossed in 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 
3 ounces baked salmon = 4 pts 
1 1/2 cups roasted acorn squash = 0 pts 






















Morrocan Date Night = 21 pts 

1 cup spicy lentil soup = 6 pts 
1/2 plate of Moroccan Lamb Tagine with Almonds and Honey = 8 pts 
16 fl ounce amber ale = 7 pts














































After-dinner drink: 7 pts 

16 fl ounce amber ale = 7 pts
