I've been trying to think of new ways to dress up my Fage greek yogurt.  This morning's concoction was yummy!  How do you make your greek yogurt tasty? 



Breakfast: 6 pts 

1 cup Fage Total 0% Nonfat Greek yogurt = 3 pts 
1 tablespoon honey = 2 pts 
14 pistachios = 1 pt 
1 sliced banana = 0 pts 
1 cup cantaloupe chunks = 0 pts 






















Lunch: 10 pts 

1 single serving Sabra hummus = 4 pts 
1 cup baby carrots = 0 pts
4 ounces grilled chicken breast strips = 4 pts  
1 hard boiled egg = 2 pts 






















Snack: 3 pts 

1 tablespoon Adam's Chunky Peanut Butter = 3 pts 
1 sliced apple = 0 pts 






















Dinner: 9 pts 

1 cup steamed cauliflower = 0 pts 
4 1/2 ounces smoked pulled pork = 9 pts 
1 1/2 cups steamed green beans = 0 pts 
2 pineapple rings = 0 pts





















Dessert: 8 pts 

1/2 piece chocolate cake with chocolate icing = 8 pts
