Determined Day #140

Tonight's dinner was fun to make and super good!  I rarely try a recipe from Cooking Light that turns out poorly.  If you don't have a subscription for it, you should get on it.  You are missing out on loads of yummy recipes that are low in calories and fat!  Speaking of loads of calories, if you want to make your taste buds do a dance, you should make the pie recipe below from Sunset Magazine.  It has a shortbread crust.  It was sooooooo good.  But only eat one piece!

Breakfast: 9 pts 

2 hard boiled eggs = 4 pts 
1 1/2 cups bell peppers and onions = 0 pts 
1 teaspoon coconut oil = 1 pt 
1 Aidell's Chicken Apple Sausage = 4 pts 
Fresh basil = 0 pts 





















Snack: 3 pts 

1 Emerald 100 calorie Cocoa Roast Almonds = 3 pts 





















Lunch: 6 pts 

3 cups mixed greens = 0 pts 
2 ounces grilled chicken = 2 pts 
1 cup broccoli = 0 pts
1/4 avocado = 2 pts 
1 1/2 tablespoons Ken's Sweet Vidalia Dressing = 2 pts






















Dinner: 11 pts 

1 serving Chicken Schnitzel and Smashed Mustard Potatoes = 11 pts 





















Dessert: 8 pts 

1 slice Anjou's Bakery Marionberry Pie = 8 pts 




















Today's Total Points: 37
