Who says you cannot have healthy "comfort food?"  I found a low-cal recipe for Shepherd's Pie from my beloved Cooking Light magazine subscription.  It was pretty good!


Breakfast: 8 pts 

2 eggs = 4 pts 
1 cup steamed broccoli = 0 pts 
1/2 cup mushrooms sautéed in 1 teaspoon olive oil = 1 pt 
3 Jimmy Dean turkey sausage links = 3 pts 





















Lunch: 9 pts

3 cups kale = 0 pts 
1/4 cup shredded carrots = 0 pts 
2 tablespoons Ken's Lite Raspberry Walnut dressing = 2 pts 
4 oz chicken tenders = 4 pts 
2 tablespoons creme fraiche and basil = 3 pts 
1 cup acorn squash = 0 pts 





















Snack: 3 pts

7 almonds = 1 pt 
1 sting cheese = 2 pts 





















Dinner: 11 pts 

1 serving Speedy Shepherd's Pie = 11 pts
